Join us Friday, October 3rd, and Saturday, October 4th, in the downstairs fellowship hall of Morgantown Church of Christ.
We love our local-to-Morgantown mini fall retreats, and invite you to join us this year for our autumn fun! We'll have retreat projects & kits, daily sewing circle if you want to learn some hand stitches (one of our projects goes with this!), and some good food. Our goal is to provide focused quilting time with a break from daily responsibilities - while having a great time!
The retreat package includes:
2 days of all the quilting and sewing you can fit in!
all meals (light breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
a 6-ft table for personal workspace, with access to extension cords and power strips
shared ironing and cutting stations (you are also welcome to bring your own to have at your personal work station)
daily learning time showing some different quilting tools/tricks/things we love
fun daily gifts and giveaways
Retreat will officially begin on Friday around 10am with announcements and our first demonstration. However, you are welcome to come and get set up any time after 8am! Retreat events will finish up Saturday evening with show-and-tell, followed by optional free sew time - as late as you like.
No overnight lodging is included with the retreat fee. The building will be locked at night and we can keep our supplies on site.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We have a no-refund policy for retreat. However, you can gift your slot to others. Please contact the shop at 304-241-5645 for reservation questions or to pay in payments. $50 deposit is required to hold your spot, and retreat must be paid in full by Saturday, Sept 20th.
